Prior to joining Terray, Eli was most recently an investor at Parthenon Capital Partners, an operationally focused private equity firm where he led transactions across healthcare, software, and financial services. Prior to Parthenon, Eli worked at Irving Place Capital and Lehman Brothers. He holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BA with honors from the London School of Economics.
