Victoria Costa Paz is the co-founder and CEO of Eywa Biotech, a pioneering biotech company dedicated to revolutionizing the production of psychedelic compounds through synthetic biology. Eywa's mission is to make these APIs pharmaceutical-grade, scalable, sustainable, and accessible, redefining mental health treatment and innovation. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, Victoria earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and a Master’s in Business and Technology. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, she gained extensive experience working for global corporations such as The Coca-Cola Company and Santander Bank. Victoria began her entrepreneurial journey six years ago and now she's focused on creating impactful solutions at the intersection of biotechnology, business and mental health, positioning Eywa Biotech as a leader in sustainable and scalable psychedelic compound production in Latin America.
