David Nunn
Dr David Nunn is the Chief Scientific Officer at Better Dairy, a UK-based startup pioneering precision fermentation to produce animal-free dairy alternatives. With a Ph.D. in Microbiology from the University of Washington, Dr. Nunn has extensive experience in scientific research, technology transfer, IP, and commercialisation. Before joining Better Dairy, he held senior positions at Conagen, BP Biofuels, and Diversa. In his role at Better Dairy, Dr Nunn focuses on sustainable dairy production through precision fermentation, aiming to create cow-free cheese and other dairy alternatives. His diverse background and leadership in biotechnology contribute significantly to Better Dairy's mission of revolutionising the dairy industry with sustainable, animal-free products.
