Matias Muchnick

Matías Muchnick is the CEO and co-founder of NotCo, one of the fastest-growing foodtech companies in LATAM, recognized for its pioneering use of artificial intelligence to revolutionize the food industry. Born in Chile, Matías earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics and a Master of Science in Finance from Universidad de Chile, before working at JP Morgan in Hong Kong.
